Our Residential & Commercial Design Build Process
Consultation
Your project begins with an on-site meeting. We walk your property, learn your goals, discuss your style, review your budget, and establish a realistic timeline. This ensures that every decision moving forward is aligned with what matters most to you. Initial consultation fee: $125
Preliminary Design (4-6 Weeks)
We create a custom landscape plan based on your vision, property and goals , using established principles of design to ensure balance, flow and beauty. When your preliminary design is ready, we present it, walk through the details, and answer any questions. Hourly design fee: $85
Revisions
If adjustments are needed, we refine the design until it fits both your aesthetic and your budget.
Quote
Upon design approval we will provide you with a detailed quote.
Build (3-6 Months)
After you approve your proposal, we’ll schedule your project at the earliest available time. Scheduling is handled on a first-come, first-served basis, based on when approvals are received and current project volume. Most projects begin within one to three months, though timing can vary depending on the season. To reserve your spot, a 50% deposit is required at the time of approval.
